Why wouldn't I?... I mean, my God, I'd be some sort of self-hater."...He also took issue with Jay saying he had no choice in reclaiming The Tonight Show, because N-B-C wouldn't let him out of his contract. "Which...you know how multi-millionaires are always being forced to do things they don't want to do. It's frustrating."...Richter, who is still under contract with N-B-C, said it's a distinct possibility that he'll be joining Conan on his rumored tour.

LINDSAY LOHAN SUES OVER MILK-AHOLIC COMMERCIAL - Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for 100-million dollars, claiming the company's recent commercial featuring a "milk-aholic" baby named Lindsay was modeled after her...In the ad, which ran during the Super Bowl, a baby boy apologizes through video chat for not calling his girlfriend the night before because he was on E-Trade. The baby girl asks, "And that milk-aholic Lindsay wasn't over?" Another baby girl appears on screen, presumably Lindsay, and asks, "Milk-a-what?"...In the lawsuit, Lohan's lawyer insists that his client has the same "single-name" recognition as Oprah Winfrey and Madonna. The company that produced the ad says the baby was named after a member of their account team.

CHARLIE SHEEN TO SPLIT TIME BETWEEN ACTING AND REHABBING - Charlie Sheen is returning to the set of Two and a Half Men -- but there's a catch. Production on the hit A-B-C show had been halted when Sheen entered rehab. On yesterday's Good Morning America, Mike Garcia, Bill Whitfield and Javon Beard said Jackson definitely wasn't a pedophile. In fact, according to them, Jacko had several female lovers and often they were overheard kissing in the backseat of his limo. The bodyguards also described Jackson as an "awesome" father and an intelligent man.

BACHELOR LOSER DENIES BEING IN SEX TAPE - A rep for Rozlyn Papa says that's not the Bachelor bad girl in a sex tape making the Internet rounds. Papa's rep, Stacie Vanchieri, tells E! News, "I've seen the tape. Anyone who has met her once would know it's not her. The woman has a different body, hands, face, everything." In fact, Papa's lawyer tells T-M-Z that the 15-second clip that hit the Internet Monday night was actually lifted from an adult movie made six years ago with an actress named Lucy Anne.

A German man was sentenced to two years in prison yesterday for trying to blackmail model Cindy Crawford. The man, Edis Kayalar, had threatened to release a picture of Crawford's seven-year-old daughter gagged and bound if he didn't receive more than 100-thousand dollars. The photo was allegedly taken by a nanny during a game of cops and robbers.

AMERICAN IDOL: Top Eight Girls

Katie Stevens went first with "Breakaway" by Kelly Clarkson. Randy Jackson called it karaoke. Ellen DeGeneres said the performance lacked personality.

Siobhan Magnus, with a trademark flower in her hair, sang "House of the Rising Sun" by The Animals. Randy and Kara DioGuardi liked it. Simon Cowell didn't.

Lacey Brown put on her best in leopard print to sing "The Story" by Brandi Carlisle. Randy thought it was boring. Simon didn't like the song, but thought she sang well.

Katelyn Epperly sang "I Feel the Earth Move" by Carole King. Randy couldn't feel the connection. Simon said it was like something you'd hear from a lounge singer.

Didi Benami brought her guitar for "Rhiannon" by Fleetwood Mac. Ellen said it was a great performance. Kara and Simon said she was the best of the night so far.

Paige Miles did the old Charlie Chaplin chestnut "Smile." Ellen and Kara agreed that she sang it with too much sadness.

Crystal Bowersox brought her guitar and harmonica for bluesy version of Tracy Chapman's "Give Me One Reason." Ellen called it the performance of the night.

Lilly Scott closed things out with Patsy Cline's "I Fall to Pieces." Three judges loved it. Simon just liked it.

Couric has been an advocate for early cancer screenings since her husband, TV legal analyst Jay Monahan, died of colon cancer 12 years ago. He was 42.

Precious is new to D-V-D and Blu-Ray today. Mo-Nique got an Oscar and newcomer Gabourey Sidibe got an Oscar nomination for the dark drama that now comes with commentary, making-of featurettes, a deleted scene, interviews and Gabourey Sidibe's audition tape.

Up in the Air is also available. The tale of a corporate frequent flier nabbed Oscar nominations for George Clooney, Anna Kendrick and Vera Farmiga. It comes with deleted scenes, storyboards and the Sad Brad music video "Help Yourself."

Old Dogs stars John Travolta and Robin Williams as pals who suddenly find themselves caring for seven-year-old twins. Extras include bloopers, deleted scenes, outtakes and a music video featuring Travolta and his daughter Ella Bleu.

In the animated adventure Planet 51, an astronaut lands on a far-off planet where life is like cheerful 1950s America. It features the voices of Gary Oldman, John Cleese, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Jessica Biel and Justin Long. It comes with extended scenes, an interactive game and the special "The World of Planet 51."

Michael Moore looks at who crashed the economy in the documentary Capitalism: A Love Story. It comes with more than 80 minutes of featurettes and deleted scenes.

T-V that's gone digital includes the seconds seasons of Breaking Bad and In Plain Sight.

OPEN MARRIAGE?-Access Hollywood reports that actress (and Oscar winner) Mo'Nique and her husband, Sidney, have what she calls an "open marriage."...Mo'Nique told Barbara Walters on her Oscar night special that she and her hubby have known each other 25 years and because of their long history, sex outside the marriage is "... not something that would make us say, 'Pack your things and let's end the marriage.'"...Mo'Nique says SHE'S never slept with anyone else while she's been married, but that it'd be OK if Sidney did. SEAN PENN CAUSED TROUBLE BACKSTAGE AT THE OSCARS - And the award for biggest hot-head goes to...Sean Penn, who was allegedly banned from the annual Governor's Ball after the awards ceremony because he got into a confrontation with one of the producers of The Hurt Locker...Turns out that newly minted Oscar-winning producer Greg Shapiro is dating Penn's estranged wife, Robin Wright. According to E! News sources, minutes after Penn and Shapiro came face-to-face "Academy officials...said he was banned from the ball." Penn's rep denies the confrontation and says the actor chose not to attend the ball. Penn is facing 18 months behind bars for allegedly attacking a photographer in October.

The 19-year-old was chosen at random to be Conan's one and only buddy on the micro-blogging site -- and it's turned her into a celebrity. Sarah tells PopEater.com, "He's changed my life." In fact, thanks to Conan she's getting her fantasy wedding. "I'm getting married on September 25th, and we didn't know if we would be able to afford it. Now I'm getting custom-made shoes and a dress from Kelima in New York... We're getting a limo... We've got it all covered now."..Sarah even says her fiance wants Conan to be his best man and that the couple is willing to get married on his show. Now Conan needs to get a show.
