Volunteer of the Week (2/12/07)
This
week’s Volunteer of the Week honor goes out
to Linda Bradley. Linda is
self-employed, but still finds time to
volunteer many hours each week at the
Salvation Army Thrift Store. She has over 60
hours banked for 2007, and volunteered over
460 hours in 2006! Linda sorts and marks
clothes, cleans shelves, and helps with
anything that needs to be done. She loves
being at the Thrift Store, loves the people,
and feels kind of like it’s her home away
from home. Linda has been described as a
faithful and dependable volunteer, a positive
and happy person, and a joy to be around.

CFX Volunteer of the Week will receive a
personalized plaque commemorating their
selection as Volunteer of the week from
J.N.R. Engraving. The Morning Sun
will highlight the individuals
accomplishments in the Sunday edition.
The CFX Volunteer of the week will also
receive gift certificates from La Senorita
and Big Apple Bagels, and special
recognition of their accomplishments on
Today's Best Music 95.3 CFX.
