Once your order is placed you will receive TWO confirmations from WCFX. The first will be an e-mail confirmation of the order you have placed (THIS SIMPLY SHOWS THAT WE RECIEVED YOUR ORDER) AFTER YOUR ORDER IS CHECKED AGAINST INVENTORY, YOU WILL RECIEVE A SECOND E-MAIL EXPLAINING PAYMENT AND PICKUP OPTIONS. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ You may purchase one certificate per business per month. In order to maximize exposure for our participating businesses, we and/or the business reserve the right to limit your purchase of a specific gift certificate, or to limit specific items on a per-household basis. CFX 95.3 Bay is not liable/responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen orders. TIPPING, TAXES, CHANGE When using a certificate at a restaurant or business where tipping is appropriate, please make sure that you leave a tip! Customers are reminded that tips are NOT a part of the certificate and one of the conditions of the purchase is to leave the server an adequate tip...a minimum of 15% of the entire amount of the check. Failure to abide by this condition will result in the loss of restaurants available on CFX 95.3 Bay. No change will be given if you fail to use the entire amount of the certificate. No exceptions. All taxes are the responsibility of the customer. EXPIRATION DATES All certificates must be redeemed before the expiration date. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any expired certificates and we are not able to extend any expiration date. No refunds/exchanges will be given on any certificates. No exceptions.
LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED, AND EXPIRED CERTIFICATES Lost, stolen, mutilated, and expired certificates are treated just like cash. Once you take posession of a certificate you are responsible for its safety and well-being. Certificates cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Keep them in a safe place until you are ready to use them. RESTRICTIONS All certificates are subject to certain restrictions or conditions. These restrictions must be observed. We encourage you to try different businesses and not to use a certificate every time you visit a given business. Before purchasing gift certificates please review them or ask a CFX 95.3Bay associate to explain any restrictions. When possible, please try to spend above and beyond the value of the gift certificate. EXCHANGE POLICY In an unexpired certificate does not work, we will exchange it for another certificate in the amount for which you paid for it. SPREAD THE WORD When possible, take the time to write a letter to the Owner/Manager letting the know you experience and how much you appreciate their participation on CFX 95.3Bay. If you are a new customer to the business inform them that you heard about their business through at CFX 95.3Bay. |
