Jennifer Aniston Producing "9 to 5" Reboot - Time to get back to the office! Jennifer Aniston is producing a reboot of iconic comedy “9 to 5.” The new version is being teased as a “reimagining” and the plot details are being kept under wraps.  The original “9 to 5” starred Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Dolly Parton as three working women who worked to get even with their sexist and hypocritical boss, played by Dabney Colman. The movie inspired a sitcom of the same name, which ran from 1982 to 1983, as well as a musical stage adaptation in 2009.  Dolly Parton also wrote the hit song “9 to 5” for the movie. Diablo Cody, the writer of “Juno,” is reportedly working on the latest turn on the upcoming movie.

Anne Hatharway: "Princess Diaries 3" Probably Happening, "The Devil Wears Prada" Sequel Probably Not - Anne Hathaway is giving a small update about the long-awaited “The Princess Diaries 3.” It’s been more than a year since it was announced that Disney was going to make the sequel, and while there aren’t any details being shared right now, the movie is still happening.  “We’re in a good place,” the actress said in a recent V magazine interview. “That’s all I can say. There’s nothing to announce yet. But we’re in a good place.” Hathaway would be returning as Mia Thermopolis, but in December 2022 when Julie Andrews was asked if she’d return for “The Princess Diaries 3,” she said, “I think we know that it’s probably not going to be possible.”  Hathaway was asked in the interview if there was any chance we’d see a sequel to another of her big hits, “The Devil Wears Prada,” but she says, “probably not.” “We all love each other and if somebody could come up with a way to do it, I think we’d all be crazy not to,” she said. “Maybe me, Stanley, Emily, Meryl, Dave Frankel, Patricia Field… we should just all do something else together. That’d be fun.”

New York Court Overturns Harvey Weinstein's Sex Crimes Conviction; Orders New Trial - New York’s highest court overturned movie producer Harvey Weinstein’s 2020 conviction on felony sex crime charges on Thursday. The court also ordered that a new trial take place. In the ruling, the New York Court of Appeals claimed the judge in charge of the trial “erroneously admitted testimony of uncharged, alleged prior sexual acts against persons other than the complainants of the underlying crimes.”  “Defendant was convicted by a jury for various sexual crimes against three named complainants and, on appeal, claims that he was judged, not on the conduct for which he was indicted, but on irrelevant, prejudicial, and untested allegations of prior bad acts,” Judge Jenny Rivera shared in the ruling.  Weinstein was arrested for rape in 2018, and found guilty of first-degree sexual assault and three years for third-degree rape in 2020. The Manhattan District Attorney’s office said they would do “everything in our power” to retry the case. The producer’s lawyers, meanwhile, shared they are “studying the ramifications of the appeal right now.” For now, he remains behind bars, as he was also convicted in California in 2022 for a separate rape case.

Cosgrove described a recent trip to Target where a young fan was hovering. "There’s a little boy just kind of looking at me in the toy aisle. He kept looking up at me. He was like, 7," Cosgrove explained. "I thought, oh my gosh, he must watch the show! And then he kind of kept following me around. I thought he was going to say he watched. Jack Osborne Shot Sister Kelly And Almost Killed Her: Kelly Osbourne and brother Jack Osbourne certainly have some things in common with their famous father - namely, they tend to live life a little dangerously. On the latest "Osbourne's Podcast," the siblings, along with mom Sharon Osbourne and dad Ozzy, talked about the time back in the 90s when Jack actually shot Kelly, and she almost died. Jack admitted that he did, in fact, shoot her with a pellet gun - and the pellet went all the way through her leg. Ordinarily, this wouldn't be life-threatening, but, as Kelly explains, the "tiny hospital in the middle-of-nowhere England in the ’90s" wasn’t properly equipped to deal with the aftermath of the accident. "Their X-ray machine wasn’t working, so they got this long Q-Tip and wrapped it in gauze and dipped it in iodine and poked it through the hole to make sure that there was no bits [of bone]." Jack went on to say that it was accidental; he was firing the gun and Kelly ran in front of him. So where were mom and dad? In New York, filming "The Jerky Boys: The Movie."

She went on to say "people that I work with" call her Emily, "when I get to know them," and noted that she made her stage name "Emma Stone" because Emily Stone "was taken" by another actress who was a member of SAG-AFTRA before her.

Billie Eilish, Becky G, and Over 250 Others Sign "Fix the Tix" Letter to Congress - Over 250 artists have signed an open letter, “Fix the Tix,” to the Senate Committee on Commerce, asking Congress to pass the Fans First Act. Artists who have signed the letter include Billie Eilish, Lorde, Fall Out Boy, Becky G, Sia, and more. The artists say that the bill pushes for stronger consumer protections against ticket-buying bots and increases transparency in the ticket-buying process.  “We are joining together to say that the current system is broken: predatory resellers and secondary platforms engage in deceptive ticketing practices to inflate ticket prices and deprive fans of the chance to see their favorite artists at a fair price,” the letter states.  If the Fans First Act is passed, it would ban fake tickets and deceptive marketing tactics. It would also require ticket sellers to show the full, itemized, price of a ticket up front. This all comes as more and more fans wonder if its worth seeing an artist live as ticket prices seem to increase to higher and higher prices.

Ben Stiller Says "Zoolander 2" Flop Blindsided Him - When “Zoolander 2” came out Ben Stiller was apparently convinced that it was going to be a hit…and when it flopped, it “blindsided” him. The first “Zoolander” came out in 2001 and became a cult hit…but when “Zoolander 2” came out 15 years ago, that didn’t translate into big box office numbers.  “I thought everybody wanted this,” Stiller shares on an upcoming episode of David Duchovny’s “Fail Better” podcast. “And then it’s like, ‘Wow, I must have really [messed] this up. Everybody didn’t go to it. And it’s gotten these horrible reviews.'”  On the plus side…because “Zoolander 2” flopped, Ben says that made him focus more on his other projects that had been on the back burner…like his hit AppleTV+ show, “Severance.” “I had this space to kind of sit with myself and have to deal with it and other projects that I had been working on…I have the time to actually just work on and develop.”

"I actually had a meeting with him in Santa Monica. Everybody loved the script. His agent wanted him to do it. We offered him $12-million. But at the end of the lunch, Owen stood up and said, 'If you think I’m going to take the lead role in a movie about how O.J. didn’t do it, you’ve got to be kidding me.'" It happened to Gisele Bündchen and it looks like she got a ticket, and she was pretty upset about it.  A video shows what appears to be a routine traffic stop, with the supermodel pulled over by a cop in Florida. She hands him some papers, he goes back to his vehicle, then returns with her documents and a ticket. That’s when Gisele seems overwhelmed with emotion, wiping her eyes and covering her face as the officer talks to her.  But she’s also aware that eyes are on her and she turns her face away from passing cars and cameras. The reason she was pulled over is unclear, but whatever it was, she didn’t look happy about it.

"Call Her Daddy" Podcast Host Alex Cooper Marries: Congratulations to "Call Her Daddy" podcast host Alex Cooper - she's married! She and Hollywood producer Matt Kaplan tied the knot earlier this month in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The couple met in a very 2020s way: on a Zoom call four years ago. They got engaged last March, and married a little more than a year later in a beachside ceremony officiated by Cooper's brother, with the couple's dogs serving as ring-bearers.

Courtney Cox's Boyfriend Broke Up With Her One Minute Into Relationship Therapy: When your significant other breaks up with you one minute into your first couple's therapy session, most people would accept that it's over - but not Courteney Cox. The actress and fiancé Johnny McDaid from the band Snow Patrol were three years into their relationship when things looked irretrievable - until they weren't. Cox says it was at that point she knew there was work to be done. "So as opposed to, like, going "F*** him", getting in this mode of anger, I leant in and I did the most work on myself by far." The couple eventually patched things up and have been together (minus the break) for eight years, downgrading their relationship from "engaged" to just "together" when they reunited, but "together" is a lot better than "broken up" - and Cox says she's not against marrying McDaid when they both believe the time is right.

Zendaya "Terrified" Of Met Gala Return After Five-Year Break: Zendaya is about to make her Met Gala comeback, but she admits that after being away from the event for five years, returning is as nerve-wracking as the first time she went. Appearing on “Live with Kelly and Mark” on Tuesday, the actress said that while she’s excited to attend the event once again, she also finds the whole experience to be somewhat "terrifying. Going up the steps is very daunting, and I haven’t been back for maybe four or five years,” she told the hosts. "So this is, like, my first time back at the Met in quite a while." When Kelly Ripa asked if it felt like she was going for the first time all over again, Zendaya agreed, saying "Right! Exactly."

Christy Turlington's Son Trash Talked By Opposing Hoops Team With Nude Pics Of Mom: That's a whole new level - and by new level we mean "new low" in trash talk. 90s supermodel Christy Turlington recently told "Harper's Bazaar" about attending one of her son Finn's high school basketball games only to discover that the rival team was passing around her nude photos as a heckling tactic. "I was surprised it hadn't happened sooner," Turlington says. "But at the same time, I was like, 'This is so rude!'" According to Turlington, the incident turned into a "bigger thing" once the school's administration got involved. While the incident was uncomfortable for mom and son, Turlington has no regrets about the places her career took her.  "All I wanted to do was disappear," she recalled of the incident. "I don't feel embarrassed about anything. Regretting things is a waste of time."
